Why is SF so low?

Von Mises is 387 MPa against Sy 900 MPa — that's fine. The issue is the Goodman fatigue limit: Se = 193 MPa with σm = 35 MPa and σa = 165 MPa gives nG = 1.2. Increase seg 2 to Ø70 mm → nG ≈ 1.8.
